Frome roadworks for week commencing October 7

Temporary traffic lights will be in place from Monday October 7 to Wednesday October 9 in Somerset Road, Frome, to enable Bristol Water to install a new connection.

Other roadworks in Frome this week include:

From Monday to Wednesday, Somerset County Council will be replacing streetlighting on the B3090 Marston Road near to the A361 roundabout.

From Friday October 11 to Monday October 14, there will be give and take traffic control on the B3090 at The Bridge, for Wales and West Utilities work.

Wessex Water will be repairing a sewer on the B3092 in Keyford from Tuesday October 8 to Thursday October 10.

From Wednesday to Friday, Somerset County Council will be replacing a signpost at the junction of Horton Street and Vallis Way.

Scaffolding is scheduled to go up at Life of Riley in Catherine Hill on Monday for a month, while a skip will be placed in the carriageway at 28 Trinity Street from Saturday October 12, again with a permit for a month.

The urgent sewer repair on the A362 Christchurch Street West should be completed by Wednesday, as should the drainage repair work in Adderwell Close.

Finally, Eagle Lane remains closed for Studio Prints Ltd to complete remedial works on the property.
