STOMP Fitness - Frome
A new exercise class outdoors! We use a combination of walking and body conditioning. The power walk creates an aerobic session that burns fat whilst carefully selected exercises help towards body conditioning. We maximise how brilliant body weight resistance training is as well as offering lots of HIIT minutes to encourage extra calorie burning for those who want to work harder. Stomp Fitness Frome is right for everyone, you work at your level, whether back to fitness, post-natal / op, marathon training or general weight loss. Let your Stomp Fitness Frome Leader turn your group session into a bespoke workout.We are very excited to host all our workouts at Marston Park. Set around a Victorian lake, framed by ancient woodland. Located between Frome and Bruton in Somerset, Marston Park is a playground for creativity.
