Some of them have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). This means that they struggle to regulate their own emotions and have a difficult time establishing and maintaining social relationships with peers.The work is 5 days a week, term time only and the hours are 8:30-15:30. You would be working 1:1 with identified children.The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of working with children, young people or adults who display challenging behaviour.You will need to be compassionate, resilient and be able to establish an excellent rapport with hard-to-reach pupils.Responsibilities and duties: Supporting 1:1 in class and around the school.
