Job Summary:The Bartender needs to be a proactive, motivated and someone who looks for solutions, whilst providing warm, gracious hospitality.They need to show the confidence and necessary experience to create a place of warmth, hospitality and deliver a great experience for both the team and guest.We are looking for someone with experience on a restaurant bar and who has a good understanding of cocktails.Duties: To provide gracious, welcoming and warm hospitality. Above all else. to have a good understanding of measures, spirits and classic cocktails. To support the beverage team with prep, ordering & execution of our soft pairing program.
