Job Summary We are seeking a sous chef to join our pub kitchen.Immediate start preferred.Accommodation available. Full job description The Quarry Inn is a friendly village pub in Keinton Mandeville, Somerset.We have recently taken over this amazing pub following the retirement after 27 years of the previous husband and wife team who were landlord and chef respectively.We are looking for a full time sous chef to join the head chef to form a kitchen team and produce classic pub food.We have exciting plans to add letting rooms to the property and to refurbish the rest of the building. The Role: You'll be responsible for assisting in preparing and cooking dishes from our menu, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and helping to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly day-to-day.
