We're looking for a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team and help deliver exceptional food using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who loves working in a busy, professional kitchen and is eager to develop their skills as part of a supportive and experienced team.

What you'll be doing:

• Running your own section during service.
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our standards.
• Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Supporting junior chefs and helping maintain a positive kitchen culture.
• Upholding excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
