One of the key roads in Frome is being closed to traffic from December 16th for five days.

Weymouth Road in Frome (the road which skirts Victoria Park) will be closed to allow engineers to replace lead water pipes.

The road is being closed by Bristol Water.

The company is also working in another part of Frome - between Lower Keyford and The Butts.

The company will be digging up Rossiters Road and there will be another set of two-way signals for other water installation works. That is scheduled to start on December 11 (this coming Friday) and last until December 15.

One of the sites which lists all the road works in and around Frome, and is referenced in the warning notice, is the One Network which you can access by clicking HERE : the One Network
