Ram, who Nub News profiled HERE has been putting in the work at Watsons Gym in Frome.

And on Saturday it paid off in spectacular style.

He is now the British Champion 2024 and I will be heading out to Austin, Texas as part of Team GB in May and then off to the European Championships in Istanbul, Turkey, in August.

His record is just eye watering.

He lifted 200Kg a new South West Regional Record breaking his previous record of 190Kg by 10Kg in the 120+ competitors weight category, and is now also the 120Kg competitor weight category breaking the previous record by +17.5Kg.
