An Autumn Walk is taking place on the Marston Park Estate next month, where there will be the opportunity to admire the newly-restored windows in St Leonard's Church.

Taking place on Sunday October 6, the October Autumn Walk Across Marston Park Estate will start and finish at the church in Marston Bigot.

Walkers can drop in anytime between 11am to 3pm. Dogs on leads welcome.

Soup and artisan bread is being served to enjoy either before or after your walk, in the church, and donations are welcomed).

As well as enjoying the windows, you can take in the fantastic views from the church and from across the parkland. The route follows public footpaths and then on through the private estate back to the church.

Along with the views, there is an opportunity to take a peek at the ongoing restoration work of The Walled Garden.

The Sanderson family have planted more than 1,600 trees and shrubs, and walkers will be able to see many of them. There are plans for further planting this autumn.

Please keep to the marked route and wear appropriate footwear. Parking is in the church car park.
