Whats On in Frome this coming weekend and of course it is the Sunday Independent. But on Saturday how about this ?

The first sale of its kind.. new undecorated organic sweatshirts and tees for sale from their company HQ in Vallis. All sold in aid of Fair Frome. More details including the timings on how to get those T shirts HERE Cash only by the way.

On Saturday night, Close Encounters of the light show kind, Celestial return to the skies over the town. Tickets all sold out but if you can find a high vantage point then you are sure of a fantastic show. So that is this Saturday, 4th November, from 5pm. If you want to know about the Frome company they were last seen on a very big stage EUROVISION.

If you do want to see 'real' fireworks, there is a big family show over in Bruton. See HERE for all the details.

This will be happening at St John's Church in Frome - remembering your loved ones as part of the Remembrance Service at 4pm.

On Sunday: The Independent is back in town and because it falls on Bonfire Night organisers say you'll find plenty of delicious seasonal food and drink to warm you as the nights draw in. Treat yourself to sausage rolls, handmade pies, a fudgy vegan brownie or tea and crumpets. Sparkles for sure.

It will all feel a bit Gothic.
