This small and personal hair extension salon in Frome has just beaten thirty thousand other entries to win a national award.

Flawless Extensions in Frome came top at the UK Hair And Beauty awards, with a grand final in Birmingham.

in a sign of how dominant hair extensions are now in the beauty sector this year there were tens of thousands of other salons in competition for the category they entered.

Owner Laura Lewis told Nub News : "I'm in complete shock that I won," although it is not her first award.

We profiled the salon last year here. It has only been operating in Frome for the past three years, but Laura herself has been working on hair, and specifically on hair extensions, for around 20 years. She is pleased to be able to help clients from sixteen to over 80 years old, not just as part of a beauty routine, but also in some cases to disguise medical hair loss.
