The Club would like to congratulate Frome RFC's Rowan Walton who played for Bath Rugby PDG today (March 6) against Exeter.

Bath conceded a try in the first couple of minutes and it was looking like they were going to be in for a tough contest, but they regrouped and changed tack opting for for of a running game and quickly put a couple of try's past Exeter.

After that Exeter were facing a confident Bath team who moved the ball well and kept Exeter in their half for the majority of the game.

Rowan came on at Half Time, initially playing at Hooker, but was later moved to flanker to provide more stability to the scrum.

It was a fantastic match at Canford School on a fresh but dry spring morning with Bath running out 49-12 winners.
