An innovative digital tool that offers previews of residential developments to prospective home buyers has just been launched by Bath-based housing developer, and housing association, Curo.

Newly installed, state-of-the-art, digital kiosks offer a streamlined and stylish sales experience from the comfort of a local Curo marketing suite. The kiosks utilise the very latest digital tools to create stunning life-like 3D renders of developments. Offering an immersive house-hunting experience, the kiosks allow buyers the chance to preview a range of house types and street scenes, admire stunning gardens, and take in the local area at their leisure.

The new technology was unveiled at a private event over the weekend to celebrate the upcoming launch of Curo development, Keyford Meadows. Hosted by the Curo Sales team, the event allowed attendees to indulge in the reimagined, sophisticated and contemporary approach to house-hunting in the run-up to the physical launch of the site on April 28.

The kiosk features the new homes in the neighbourhood, including a mix of three- and four-bedroom homes starting at £345,000. Offering space in one of Curo's largest new developments, Keyford Meadows will deliver a sustainable, high-quality new neighbourhood in an idyllic edge-of-town setting.

Located on the outskirts of the historic and picturesque market town of Frome, recently voted by The Times as one of the "Best Places to Live in Britain", the new residential development promises to be a dream location for those seeking a tranquil and scenic home.

Curo Sales Manager, Jodie Winter, says, "We are delighted to offer this cutting-edge, new technology for our customers. showcasing our stunning homes in an easily accessible format has made the ordeal of moving houses that much simpler for prospective buyers."

"By limiting our printed materials, and turning to immersive new technology, we are turning the house-hunting process into an experience - while keeping the sustainability ethos that runs so strongly through our Keyford Meadows development close to heart."
