Customer service in the frame in Frome
THE team from a Frome opticians and audiologists are celebrating after being recognised for their excellent customer service.
As part of National Customer Service Week (2-6 October), Specsavers at 19 Westway Centre, along with its sister store in Warminster, was presented with a cheque for £2,000 for consistently recording the best customer service feedback scores across both optics and audiology Specsavers stores in their region.
'We were over the moon to find out we'd recorded the best customer service scores,' says Specsavers Frome store director, Richard Goring. 'It was such a surprise when we were presented with the cheque. The whole team takes great pride in making sure all our customers leave the store with a really positive experience so it's testament to their hard work.
'We'll be using the money for a team outing, taking everyone out as a reward. We were up against several hundred stores so it's an amazing accolade and I'm really proud of the whole team.'
Every time a customer visits a store, they're asked for their feedback about their experience which helps keep service at the top of the agenda among store teams.
