Thanks to our friends, the community bus campaigners Favbug for this (slightly tongue in cheek) guide to getting the best from the bus.

The D2 has on some routes now moved to double decker status and that adds a whole new level to bus travel.

As they posted:

"Why not try the First Bus double decker D2x? These buses have USB charging points too.

We have been told coming down Bath Street in Frome on a double decker is an amazing experience (you get to peer into the first floor rooms too ). However, you get the best views from the top deck over the countryside once you leave Beckington. "
