Easter celebrations at Vallis First School in Frome

There was great excitement at Vallis First School as the children wore the Easter hats that they had designed and made.

The children paraded and sang an Easter bonnet song that they had been learning. The children used symbols of Easter and Spring in their hat designs.

After school, many children enjoyed following a map and finding giant paper mache eggs outside houses in the area around the school.

There was great excitement when the children found the egg that they had helped to make in school.

The school are really grateful to our enthusiastic parents' association for organising the treasure hunt and for providing the chocolate treats!
