Date: 25.12.2018Time: 14:39Location: Hanover Gardens, FromeThe Fire Service were called to a report of a fire in a microwave at the above location.  One fire engine from Frome attended this incident.  On arrival crews confirmed fire in microwave oven and one 90 year old female suffering from smoke inhalation.  Building of two floors measuring 10m x 10m.  Fire in microwave in the ground floor kitchen.  Slight smoke damage.  One elderly female conveyed to hospital by Amb crews as a precautionary measure. Extinguished  two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and a positive pressure fan.  The cause was accidental.
