Fire residential property at Lynwood Close, Frome

Date: 10.11.2018Time: 01:06Location: Lynwood Close, FromeTwo appliances from Frome were mobilised to reports of a fire in a residential property at the above location. On arrival crews discovered the laundry room in the nursing home was heavily smoke logged and there was a fire in a tumble dryer. Crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, one thermal imaging camera and a positive pressure ventilation fan to extinguish the fire. The fire damage in the property was slight. Advice was given to the owners.
