A planning application for nine new units comprising assisted living accommodation (to include staff accommodation) has been made by Somerset County Council, in association with Cherry Trees, at Cherry Grove, Frome.

Other applications received this week include:

Application for Outline Planning Permission with some matters reserved for erection of 63 dwelling houses on land off Anchor Road, Lipyeate Cross to Luckington Cross, Coleford, has been made by Gladman Land.

A notification for Prior Approval for a Proposed Change of Use of Agricultural Building to Business Use as a Farm Office in Rudge Lane, Rudge, has been made by Mr and Mrs D Bryant.

The proposed erection of a single storey detached three bay garage at The Arbour Spring Gardens, Frome, has been made by Natasha Littlewood.

An application for prior notification of agricultural development for a proposed building at Grazemoor Farm, Bindon Lane, Witham Friary, has been made by Ms K Young.

An application for a proposed lawful development certificate for conversion of existing garage to a dining room at 15 Churchill Road, Frome, has been made by Mr and Mrs Berry.

Proposed works to a tree in a conservation area: T1 - Bay - Reduce x 4 metres at Roundhouse Cottages, 3 Justice Lane, Frome, have been put forward by Mrs Sutton.

Proposed works to trees under tree protection order M1151: T1 - Ash tree, reduce by 3-4m at 17 Laurel Close, Frome, have been put forward by Mrs Brockhurst.

Works to trees in a conservation area, T1 - Horse Chestnut - Fell due to recent limb loss and tree in decline. T2 - Sycamore - Reduce by 3-4m as large over extended limb over road at Lullington House, Village Pump To Lullington Lane, Lullington, have been applied for by Dan Butler.

The demolition of rear UPVC conservatory and erection single storey rear extension, and proposed PV panels to roof at 1 Nursery Villas, Dommetts Lane, Frome, have been applied for by Kim Kearney.

The conversion of existing garage, store and home office to residential annex at Park View Dymotts Cottage, Access Road, Lullington, has been proposed by Mr Bryan Bendell.

An application to vary condition 4 (opening hours of planning approval 2017/0193/FUL to increase opening hours at Greggs Bakery, Nunney Catch Service Station, Ridgeway, Nunney, has been made by Euro Garages Ltd.

Plans for the installation of dropped kerb at 1 Bath Road, Beckington, by Mrs Jemma Hillman have been withdrawn.

Outline planning application for the erection of one self-build dwelling (all matters reserved) at Rudge Lane, Standerwick, by Miss Emma Williams has been withdrawn.

Erection of single storey rear extension following demolition of conservatory at Highview, Frome To Radstock Road, Buckland Dinham, by Mr Terry Knowles, has been approved.

Application for approval of details reserved by conditions 3 (joinery details) on listed building consent 2019/0908/LBC at Belle Vue Farm, Millards Hill, Trudoxhill, by Mrs Diana Francis has been approved.

Installation of new floor and underfloor heating to new snug and utility room, and underfloor heating to new kitchen at Tellisford House, Tellisford House To Bath Road, Tellisford, by Mr and Mrs W Diggle has been approved.

Proposed split of existing property into two dwellings at Mendip View, Old Wells Road, Chantry, by Mr P Merrett has been approved.

Proposed works to a tree covered by a Tree Preservation Order M384: - T1 - Ash, reduce 3-4m, T2 - Oak, cut back canopy by 2-3m, T3 - Ash, cut back canopy by 2-3m, T4 - Ash, cut back by 2-3m. at Birch House, Egford Lane, Frome, by Mr Brendan Lynch have been approved.

Erection of one three-bedroom dwelling house and associated works (revised house type) at Plot 8, Former Mendip Lodge Hotel, Bath Road, Frome, by Latona Leisure Ltd has been approved.

New entrance gates vehicular & pedestrian at 1 Nursery Villas, Dommetts Lane, Frome, by Kim Kearney have been approved.

Plans for the erection of triple garage on existing hard standing at the rear of the property at New Farm, Shepherds Lane To Feltham Lane, East Woodlands, by Mr Nigel Coleman have been withdrawn.
