FROME BREAKFAST BRIEFING: Monday March 23
All Lloyds pharmacies, including the one in Sainsbury's are opening one hour later and closing one hour earlier to keep staff safe.They will also close between 1pm to 2pm for lunch. As regards Sainsbury's - the main supermarket will be open from 8am to 8pm, but every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, the first hour will be dedicated to serving the elderly, Every half an hour in the morning before usual opening hours key health workers will be able to shop. So that's from 7.30 am - you will just need to show their pass or ID when they visit. Boots in the centre of Frome will be shut between 1 -2 pm in order to "manage staff numbers" the doors to the shop from the Westway centre are also now locked, so only go in from the front.
