How could they beimproved? National Highways has launched an online feedback tool for road usersandthosewho use England's motorways and major A roads to give their views on where investment is needed the most.

The strategic road network,managed by National Highways (formerly Highways England),stretches over 4,300 miles.

As part of this, 620 miles of motorway and strategic A roadsare at the heart of the South West's economic potential and by maintaining and developing these routes we aim to help the region cope with the 21.4 million extra visitors that flock to the area each year. We also support industry, helping small and large-scale businesses reach key markets.

So,make sure youhave your sayin where you want to seefutureinvestmentgoing.

the Route Strategy site

has been developed as part of our engagement process for Route Strategies,which is one activity used to inform the government's decisions on future road investment. As well as capturing public feedback,wewill be consultinglocal government and transport authorities, as well as other interested parties.
