Two fire crews, one from Warminster have been called out to a shed fire today (October 6) at Queens Road in Frome.

They were called out around lunchtime today to reports of a metal shed ablaze.

Two fire appliances from Frome and Warminster were immediately mobilised by Fire Control.

On arrival, the incident commander confirmed that there was smoke issuing from a metal shed in the garden of the property and quickly got to work to extinguish the fire using breathing apparatus, hose reel jet and a safety jet.

The fire was believed to have started from an electrical fault and caused about 60 per cent fire damage to the inside of the shed.
