With a guide price of £220,000 and up, the former Barnacle Bills fish and chip shop comes up for auction tomorrow (December 16).

The Grade II listed mixed use property has a ground floor shop and first floor two-bedroom flat above.

The fish and chip shop a commercial victim of huge increases in energy costs and inflation. It closed up suddenly at the end of August this year.
