The latest shop to open up in Frome is already proving a popular, and a welcoming new venture down from Catherine Hill in Frome.

The wine and cheese shop The Stores opened in the former Penleigh butchers store on Stony Street on December 3, a labour of love with all fixtures and fittings created locally.

And the lines also have a very local pedigree. The owners told Nub News said: " All our wines have been hand selected from independent producers and our cheese range represents the very best of British. "

Hours are 10am-7pm Tuesday and Wednesday and then from 10am until 10pm Thursday through Saturday.
