Lo Rapitenc is a Spanish produce and deli, which is opening in September and they are looking for a chef, who would also be involved from the start of the project - so helping in design the menu and sourcing produce, as well as learning more about traditional Spanish food .

Ideally you will have experience of cooking tapas, with the flair to use both traditional Spanish ingredients and local Somerset produce.

The hours will be sociable mainly between 10-5 , Tuesday - Saturday but there will be some evenings and occasional Sundays and the company say they would consider a job share. Around 40 hours a week with a salary between £20,000 to £22,000.
