The filling station on Portway is available for £1,550,000, and includes the kiosk and car wash.
The property is at present let to WS Retail Limited for a term of 20 years from 30th October 2014 - this will not be impacted by the sale.
The 0.55 acre site has four sets of pumps.
The filling station is also located close to Frome Railway Station and a number of major retailers.
Particulars says the station brings in an annual rent of £92,166.09.
