The three Rotary Clubs in Frome, operating as Rotary in Frome, are preparing to open a Pop-Up Charity Shop in the old M&Co premises.

Having planned to open the shop in January they were thwarted by the latest lockdown but hope that restrictions will be lifted to allow the store to open on Wednesday April 14.

As you can see there are some amazing pieces to be found there, from child care items, through to electricals and garden furniture.

The store, which will open from Wednesday to Saturday, will be manned and managed by Rotary Club volunteers. It will serve the local needs with a mix of housewares, furniture, books, bric a brac and many other useful items. The positive impact of local shopping and the re-cycle, re-new and re-use of goods is a key element of reducing the environmental impact we have as a community.

Rotary in Frome are committed to the majority of profits from the store going to support local charities and deserving causes in and around Frome.

In addition a recruitment hub will be set up to provide information on the activities carried out by the Rotary Clubs and the opportunities to join with like minded people whose motto is "Service Above Self".
