Frome springs into spring with the Kindness Festival

By Susie Watkins 2nd Mar 2022

Today is officially the first day of spring...and the first day of the Frome Kindness Festival.

Here are some pictures of some of the displays around town - and a special thank you board for all the kindness angels at St John's.

You will find all the details of all the events HERE : the Good Heart Frome site

Events include kindness conversations at the (currently closed) Frome library with conversation with a Health Connector from Frome Medical Practice and on March 3 from 7pm Kindness in Politics at Frome Town Hall. The Local MP David Warburton has been invited along with the Guardian columnist and Frome resident, John Harris.

On Friday there is a special performance of The Art of Living When You Know You're Going To Die at The Merlin, Frome with Dr Phil Hammond, comedian, medical doctor and Somerset resident.

He said: "Kindness is my favourite drug - it works for everyone and it's very hard to get the dose wrong."
