The captain of The Robins has something cheerful to sing about - after a two year drought.

Not only did centre back Sam Teale score after over 24 months of a 'dry' season . He did it in spectacular style. Thousands upon thousands of football (and non football) fans agree and have shared it on social media.

Simply put - it is a wonder goal - one of the winning score line at Saturday's match up at The Robins Nest in Frome.

Nub News was told: " Only last week was quoted saying he didn't care if he didn't score all season if it meant we won the league...."

Well Sam - with over 11,000 views so far on Twitter alone since last night - you have set that alight.

and the huge generosity of the fans and the club itself.

Sam, who is 29, is the Nub News favourite player !
