The Good Heart in Frome is just one of the places that is opening its doors as one of the town's warm spaces.

The cafe on Palmer Street is offering somewhere warm and welcoming and will be the only place open on a Sunday. It is also offering free or low cost food.

Frome Town Council have partnered with Frome Medical Practice to produce a leaflet that will help signpost residents to the projects, places, community groups as well as help and support that might be needed. They have created this graphic.
