It is going to be another hot say on Saturday in Frome - before temperatures fall to more seasonal for September next week.

So if you want to get out and about here are some ideas of Whats On in the town.

On Friday: The Beautiful South's co-founder Dave Hemingway's new band SUNBIRDS play FROME. Details HERE

The SUNBIRDS love to put on a show, pulling out all the stops be it performing favourites from Cool To Be Kind, showcasing brand new material or playing songs from Dave's undeniable legacy.

On Saturday : Everyone say Cheese ! And more. It is the famed Frome agricultural show. Competitive sections include Cattle, Sheep, Dairy & Pigmy Goats, Horses, Egg, Fodder & Grain, Horticultural and Homecraft & Handicraft. Remember to wear your sunscreen, the latest weather forecast is for 29 degrees.

And on Sunday: A harvest festival service with a difference and how YOU can make a difference, by bringing along donations all of which will be handed over to Fair Frome.
