Frome's Emily Diamond runs into the final at the Olympics

Frome's Emily Diamond is through to the final after completing in a record time in the qualifying heats.

She posted on Twitter that it was "fun" to to run as she completed the 4x400m in Tokyo.

The final is tomorrow (July 31) at 13:35 UK time.
