Frome's finest : Mojo Moves is back with the same great classes, different look

She is back - well she never went away - the famed Frome fitness and well-being goddess Mojo moves has a newly-redesigned web site and a whole host of class, virtual and frantically real.
They include a special FREE class for which is a seated workout session for adults with long term health conditions.
As Cheryl writes : " Mojo Moves comedy dance aerobics is the place to shimmy & sashay. It is an 80s style feel good workout which combines comedy with proper dance aerobics. Yes, you heard that right, comedy.
But that doesn't mean we don't take your wellbeing seriously.I'm Cheryl Sprinkler, a qualified fitness guru and High Priestess of DISCO. I've got your back."
