Adjourned Frome bus crash details will be heard in two months due to complexity of the case

Four men entered pleas at Bath Magistrates court in connection with the Frome crash of a bus returning pupils to school last November.

Christopher Giles and Kristian Spiller were charged with pemit use of a motor vehicle/trailer in a condition likely to cause danger of injury.

Alan and Justin Spiller were charged with use of a motor vehicle/trailer in a condition likely to cause danger of injury.

Christopher Giles, 33 of Trowbridge entered not guilty plea as did Kristian Spiller, 38 of Peasedown St John. Not guilty pleas too from Alan Spiller, 66 of Peasedown St John and also from Peasedown's 38 year old Kristian Spiller.

The case has been adjourned due to what officers called being a complex case until August 9. None of the four appeared in person in front of magistrates.
