Are you a senior ecologist ?

A vacancy for a Senior Ecologist to join an award winning, ecological company based in Frome. The company work on a range of projects and the role will be a hybrid role, with the mix of office, home and site work. The company offer a generous holiday allowance as well as flexible working hours, paid memberships, toil and a generous bonus scheme!

For this Senior Ecologist role, you will be involved in;

  • A variety of protected species surveys,
  • Overseeing protected species licence applications and mitigation,
  • Writing a range of Ecological reports,
  • Helping with junior members of the team,
  • Liaising with clients, project managers and stakeholders,
  • Preparing fee proposals.

Work as a Warehouse Operative

Working in Frome part Time up until Christmas - potentially needed after depending on performance.

Shift times: 06:30am to 10:30am and then 15:00pm to 19:00pm - Split shifts

Weekly Pay - £11.00 Per Hour

No previous experience is necessary for this position however the correct attitude and work ethic is. Our client is looking for hard-working and enthusiastic individuals that will complement their operation.

Would you like to work for four days and be paid for five ?

Working for Wessex Lodge School term time only.

The role will include basic farm maintenance as well as animal welfare. The role is not student based and is strictly animal and maintenance based. We are happy to consider day release for students studying a relevant qualification.

About the role

As the school's Farm Worker, you will usually work with either animal production, dairy or crop production, although it is possible that you will work with all three. Livestock on farms tends to be pigs, cows or sheep, while crops can cover cereals, rapeseed oil, vegetables and salad. Your role will oversee the day-to-day care of animals and crops within the farm.

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Previous hands-on farming experience and technical knowledge.
  • G.C.S.E Maths, English Minimum
  • ICT Literate
  • Skilled in conflict resolution / counselling
  • Ability to drive and have the use of a vehicle

Budgens in Bruton is looking for a bakery assistant

Peregrine Retail - the owned subsidiary of Motor Fuel Group are looking for a bakery assistant to join the team at Bruton (Budgens) Service station.

We are looking for a staff member who is capable to run bakery. Contracted hours will be 16 per week, including 1 weekend day.

You will be responsible for ensuring all food to go products are always available
