Local author Kevin Snelgrove has just had his latest book published - his 80th - and it is perfect for beating off the boredom under lockdown.

He has just published The Greatest Music Quiz Book' 1000 questions covering ten genres of music - so something for everyone in your family bubble.

Kevin was born in Frome in 1960, grew up in Nunney and returned to Frome in 1980, where he still lives.

The book's foreword was written by Kevin's TV presenter friend Gareth Jones.

Gareth aka Gaz Top, presented Get Fresh and How 2 for ITV and Tomorrow's World for the BBC and has also just returned from a USA tour with The Alarm.

It was a chance encounter forty years ago that led to the collaboration.

Kevin explained : " Who would of thought that when me and Gareth met in Doncaster in 1980 on a laboratory technician course for the construction industry, some 40 years later we would be working together again."

Kevin has 50 signed copies for private sale of the book for £9.99 each which includes post and package. Copies are available from Kevin directly at [email protected]. The Book is also available in paperback and as an eBook from Amazon.
