Move over Joe Wicks : Frome's own fabulous fitness guru is back on Monday with outdoor sessions
Frome's most fabulous fitness glitterball is back with lessons, live and outdoors from Monday.
While Cheryl Sprinkler is still waiting to hear back from Frome Town Council about space in the centre of town, she has secured this wonderful outdoor space at Cooper Hall.
She will be bringing back your Mojo - with lessons that only if you experience them can you quite believe - every Monday at 10:30 am.
The sessions run for six weeks - a real dancing on the lawn retro moment - on the front lawn of the beautiful venue.
Spaces for up to 29 fun-loving action planners starting Monday 27th July.
