Walk the winter blues away and improve your health and wellbeing.

That is the promise offered by Nordic walking which fans insist is the only low impact but huge overall fitness work out going.

Now you have a chance to find out more about why it is so popular with a fun, sociable introduction course in Frome.

It will be held on 16 & 23 February pushing off from Palmer Street and poles will be supplied. Find out more & enrol HERE:

Skills for Nordic walking will be taught progressively to help learners achieve realistic goals

Somerset Skills and Learning say that classes are run in a sociable atmosphere and no one gets left behind.

The course will be delivered outside. Learners will be required to fill out a physical activity readiness questionnaire beforehand.

This workshop is free to learners aged over 19, who live in Somerset and have lived in the UK/EU for the last three years.
