Pang's at 4 King Street, Frome is on the market for £300,000, which is for the takeaway downstairs and a three bedroomed flat overhead.

The building is actually Grade II listed so there will be limits to what any new owner can do, but in the sale details, agents say it might be possible to make the living accommodation separate as right now, it shares an entry with the fish and chip shop.

Pang's FIsh Bar is a stalwart in Frome. It was the first Frome Chinese run by the Pang family since the 1960's.
