Approved with conditions, an application to convert an attic into create additional bedroom with a new dormer window and balcony at 2 Portland Road in Frome.

A retrospective application by Orchardleigh, Golf Club Limited over towards Buckland Dinham for alterations to the clubhouse and installation of play area, has been withdrawn. Within the application it is noted that Orchardleigh House, which was designed in 1856 and completed in 1859, has remained almost unaltered from the date of its construction.
