Local cider maker Lilley's has put in an application for a change of use to turn a stable block into a cafe and artisan sales area ancillary to the Lilley's Cider Factory now on the Roewood Farm Estate, in Bunns Lane Witham Friary. The company moved out of Marston Lane in Frome in April 2020. The application details are under Ref. No: 2021/0391/FUL

There is an update on the Caxton Road development in Frome. Under

Ref. No: 2021/0359/VRC the developers have applied for an amendment which involves the replacement of two open market dwellings with 4 x 1 bed affordable flats (taking overall dwelling total from 157 to 159, where the outline permission permits up to 160).
