Garston Vets have had an application to increase the size of the veterinary surgery, approved. They put in a planning application to make internal alterations comprising the reordering of some partitions to create additional capacity for veterinary surgery, and replacement of unauthorised rear door. The popular veterinary surgery is at The Portway in Frome.

At Commerce Park in Frome, Stone Cutter Construction has an application for approval of details reserved by conditions 3 (hard and soft landscaping), 4 (methodology for protecting against great crested newts), on planning consent 2020/1001/FUL approved. The site is on New Estate Road and the main application is for

Approved, the application to demolish a conservatory and utility and to build a single storey open plan kitchen/ diner & conversion of an attic room to a master bedroom at 81 The Butts in Frome.

Also approved plans to build a single storey timber orangery at

4 Portland Road Frome.

Approved , the application for a non-material amendment to permission 2020/2237/HSE for the external wall to render, rear door to stable door and insertion of four rooflights and pantile roof tiles at West Forest Farm on Foghamshire Lane in Trudoxhill.

And an application to build a wooden barn for agricultural use at Ham Mill in Holcombe Radstock has been approved.
