A Prior Approval has been put in for proposed change of use of agricultural building to a dwelling house (Class C3) and for associated operational development at Cherry Gardens House in Luckington Cross Newbury, close to Frome . Details can be seen under Ref. No: 2021/2332/PAA on the Mendip planning web site.

Planning decisions made this week include :

An application to put a dormer to the side elevation of a home 39 Whitewell Road in Frome and to incorporate a first floor bathroom, has been ruled lawful.

Approved, an application to put in a front dormer window and to create window openings to the side elevation and to build a front porch at 16 Rylands in Beckington near Frome.

Planners have also approved plans to build a secure equestrian storage building and tack room at Millards Hill Stables in Trudoxhill, Frome.
