Avon and Somerset Police are appealing for witnesses after a number of vehicles were damaged in Frome.

The police have received reports of 10 vehicles being damaged during the early hours of Saturday morning (November 16).

They were parked in the Weymouth Road and Somerset Road area of the town. Most vehicles had wing and window mirrors damaged or removed.

It is believed the vehicles were damaged as a result of alcohol-fuelled behaviour.

A police spokesman said: "We're keen to hear from anyone who may have seen the incidents or have information to help our enquiries.

"We would also like to hear from anyone that has had their vehicle damaged but not reported it to us. Anyone with information is asked to contact us quoting reference 5219265344."
