Counselling charity We Hear You (WHY) have teamed up with The Walled Garden at Mells to offer a free monthly therapeutic gardening group for adults affected by bereavement.

The groups begins on 25th January and will run once a month on Tuesdays from 10am to 12.30 pm. Facilitator Gwen Rogerson says:

We're looking forward to adding WHYgrow to our popular nature-based therapies at We Hear You. Meeting in this beautiful outdoor setting provides opportunities for the group to connect through mindful gardening activities and reflection. Participants can explore the seasonality of the natural environment and nature's cycles of death and renewal in a supportive and inclusive environment."

For more information about WHYgrow, including session dates for 2022, visit wehearyou.org.uk/other-services. To book a free place, or to enquire about any of We Hear You's counselling and emotional support services for children and adults affected by cancer or a life threatening condition, call 01373 455255 or email [email protected].
