Frome's unique exercise class is restarting in the centre of town.

Mojo moves will be back from Friday the 11th of September at the Old School Room at RISE.

The class will be at 9.30 am but numbers are limited to a socially distanced maximum of 18 so it is imperative to book and pay online.

Cheryl Sprinkler said: " We will also be streaming the class so you can still join from home especially good if you are in quarantine or shielding.

In order to keep our pricing low we will be asking for small cash donations towards the cost of venue hire which we will review depending on class numbers. Thanks for your understanding."

In her post to fans she also updated them on what is happening with her bigger classes adding that sadly she would not be returning to Trinity because of the rise in price of the hall.

Cheryl added: "The latest update we have from the Cheese & Grain is that they are reopening in October but we have no indication if they will be continuing to hire out to community groups, how many people we could host and at what cost. We have heard from the YMCA but unless I can live stream from the venue or ensure better numbers, I will not be able to return."
