Road Traffic Collision Persons Trapped at Green Parlour Road, Hemington, Frome

Date: 30.05.2018Time: 11:02Location: Green Parlour Road, Hemington, FromeThe Fire Service were called to a report of a road traffic collision involving 2 vehicles at the above location with 2 persons trapped. One fire appliance from Frome and one fire appliance from Radstock were mobilised to this incident.

Once the crew got in attendance the officer in charge confirmed this was a 2 vehicle road traffic collision with 2 casualties medically trapped and 2 casualties that had self-rescued. They got to work immediately working with paramedics on scene to extricate the 2 casualties. The crew used a full roof removal to extricate them and the care of the casualties were handed over to the paramedics on scene.

Once the crew had made the area safe and made up equipment the crew returned home station.
