She wowed the crowd at Rachel Clark's final mile, warming them up and making them smile at Frome's biggest fundraiser.

But Cheryl Sprinkles has bigger plans and is now hosting a regular Tuesday night sparkle-fest which combines dance, exercise and some moves which only she can pull off.

She wants the whole town to get its mojo back, running three classes a week in one of the most unusual fitness encounters you are likely to ever take part in.

Mojo Moves is a unique social fitness phenomenon which combines comedy gags, with an 80s style aerobics dance workout. Wear your leg wamers with pride seems to be the message, and if you can't stretch to the full work out, just bop along with some bouncing.

The dance-a-exercise sessions come from the Rare Species Theatre Company and led by larger than life characters Cheryl and her some-time side kick Tony DiMonté (aka performers Ginny Adams and Nelly Fowler). Cheryl hosts weekly classes in Frome or you can book Mojo Moves for your hen do, birthday party, charity or other event.

Last year she managed to secure a small amount of lottery funding which enabled her to provide daytime sessions free for 12 weeks.

But now the business, which began in June 2018, needs to break even with some strong financial moves.

She said: " Feeling good is the name of the game as we step back in time and throw caution to the wind and our arms in the air(like we just don't care). Stretch your inner diva and reclaim your mojo back from the universe."

Her popular regular class is at 7pm on a Tuesday night at the Cheese & Grain, everyone welcome.
