Shed Fire at Mendip Vale, Coleford, Frome.

Date: 12.06.2018Time: 19:20Location: Mendip Vale, Coleford, Frome. The Fire Service were called to reports of a shed on fire within the woods at the above address. One fire appliance from Shepton Mallet and one fire appliance from Frome were mobilised to this incident.
Once the crew were in attendance the officer in charge confirmed this was a derelict shed that was well alight. The crew got to work immediately to extinguish the fire with the use of a main jet.Once the crew had fully extinguished the fire the crew ensured the area was made safe and the crew returned home station. The cause of the fire is being treated as deliberate.
