Do you have a question that you would like to ask the candidates that are standing in the Somerton and Frome by-election? Come along to the hustings organised by Frome Town Council, it's taking place at the Cheese and Grain on Sunday 16th July from 3-5pm.

All candidates have been invited, and most have accepted, so come along to hear their stance on pressing issues for Frome and have the chance to ask your own question.

You can submit your question in advance for the chance for it to be raised. Fill out this simple form here:

Don't forget, if you are voting in person you will need to show an accepted form of photo ID. This could be a passport or driving licence, or another accepted form such as an Older Person's or Disabled Bus Pass or a PASS card. You can use your photo ID even if it's expired, as long as the photo still looks like you.

If you don't have photo ID as listed above, you can apply for a free Voter Authority Certificate, but you only have until 5pm on Wednesday 12th July to apply in time for the by-election – see more here. Visit: https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-voter-authority-certificate
